2025: Mental Health Seminar

Welcome back and we hope you all are settling into 2025 gracefully. In the midst of this brutal cold weather, please join us on Tuesday February 4th 12:00-1:00 pm at Moore Hall room 473 for a mental health seminar provided by University Health Service (UHS). We will be joined by our guest speakers Danyelle Okesanjo, mental health provider and outreach coordinator, and Casey Tice, access specialist/mental health provider from CALS. Together, they will share valuable information about the mental health resources available on campus, strategies for managing stress, and tips for fostering mental well-being as a student. Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions, learn about how to access support services, and explore ways to normalize conversations around mentalhealth.

Whether you’re looking for tools to improve your own mental health or ways to support your peers, this seminar is an excellent opportunity to gain knowledge and connect with campus resources!
Light refreshments/coffee and baked goods will be provided.
