Food tells stories. It reminds us of places, people or sensations. This is a family-friendly potluck picnic where participants are encouraged to bring a dish to share from their heritage or family recipes. This event welcomes UW BIPOC from all colleges, especially CALS grad students, research staff, faculty, & admin. As a BIPOC affinity group, MOSAIC’s purpose is to reduce the space between potential mentors of color and up-and-coming academics of color on this predominantly white campus.
